骗子假冒BigPay职员

警方文告表明，现在最新诈骗指南是针对 BigPay用户的诈骗罪案。
警方察觉，对数码支付服务提供商“BigPay”用户下手行骗的个案有所增加。
骗子声称自己是BigPay的工作人员，借此说服受骗人提供他们个人信息。

受骗人会先从WhatsApp接到号码不详的电话。
来电者声称自己是BigPay的工作人员，并告知受骗人：他们正在协助申请新卡，或声称注意到受骗人的BigPay账户存在问题。

来电者以“协助受骗人”为理由，要求得知受害人的BigPay账户资料和一次性密码，或其银行账户资料。
然后，来电者会给受害者一个带有线上表格的网站，要求受骗人上网填写相关帐户的详细信息。
往往，受骗人发现他们的BigPay账户或银行账户进行了未经授权的交易，他们才意识到自己被骗。

The latest scam advisory out now is that of Scams targeting BigPay Users. Police have noticed an increase in the number of reports where scammers are targeting users of BigPay, a digital payment services provider. Scammers would claim to be staff of BigPay to convince the victims to provide their personal details.

The victims received unsolicited calls from unknown numbers via WhatsApp. The callers would claim to be staff of BigPay and informed the victims that they were assisting with a new card application or had noticed issues with the victims’ BigPay accounts.

Under the pretext of assisting the victims, the callers would request for the victims’ BigPay account details and One_time Password or their bank account details.

The callers would then redirect victims to a website containing an online form, where victims were required to fill in their relevant account detials. Victims only realised that they had been scammed when they discovered unauthorised transactions made to their BigPay accounts or bank accounts.
