你现在人在新加坡上班/生活无法回去马来西亚探望家里人，想把在马来西亚生活的家里人接出来新加坡团聚！那么你可以跟ICA提出有关申请，等到ICA批准后才和马来西亚移民局提出出境申请！
提出相关申请人需要是新加坡人 ( Singaporean ) 或 新加坡永久居民 ( SPR )。你是Permit Holder可以尝试申请，可是据我所知 ICA 会要求你找新加坡人或SPR做担保！
如何申请入境我已手把手解释，可是建议申请前读一读相关网站列出需要注意事项。

**建议申请入境日期放申请日期的 2 – 3个星期后，因为马来西亚申请出境需要10个工作日时间才会回复批准！要等新加坡批准后才可以申请马来西亚，因为要上载新加坡入境批准证明！
Instructions 申请时候注意事项
1 This form is intended for the application of entry for select foreign nationals (“traveller”) whose entry into Singapore are affected by Singapore’s COVID-19 border control restrictions. The applicant submitting this form (“Requestor”) may proceed with the application if the traveller is: –

- An immediate family member or relative of a Singapore Citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)

- A spouse-to-be of a Singapore Citizen or a Singapore PR
新加坡公民或新加坡PR的准配偶 ( 未婚夫 / 未婚妻 / 男朋友 / 女朋友 )
- a PR or ICA-LTVP IPA holder seeking to complete formalities for their long-term immigration facilities; or

- A non-resident who has exceptional reasons for seeking entry into Singapore (e.g. death of a family member in Singapore).

3 This form is meant for one single traveller. If there are multiple travellers, each traveller will have to submit an application.

5 For foreigners who are in Singapore currently but wish to submit an entry application ahead of their intended trip overseas, the entry will be subject to the prevailing health measures at the point of entry. In the event that the traveller’s trip is cancelled, please note that we have a no-refund policy for the SHN Dedicated Facility/swab test payments made.
