SHN期间没有收到Mom Call / Swab Test Report & Appointment / Homer怎么办？

很多人都知道进来在隔离期间会收到MOM Whatapps call 或 Video Call！需要下载Homer App做1天3次的体温报告！需要去Swab Test和拿到报告结束隔离！假如这些没有都收到应该怎么办？我手把手教导和给大家理解什么时候会收到没有应该怎么做！

MOM Whatapps Call / Video Call
Mom不会在第1天就与你联系！差不多是在你入境第3天这样会Whatapps Call你和你聊天！1天会Call几次问你隔离在哪里？几个人一起隔离？有没有做Homer等等！
那么没有收到MOM Call的人也不要紧张！你根据我上面放的Link点击
– 选择选项（ 1 ）的 Update contact number to receive MOM’s calls and SMSs
Update SHN address
当你进来后发现隔离地址和入境白卡(健康申报表)提交的不一样，别慌张马上登入上面我放的那个Link。温馨提示记得根据MOH规定选着隔离住宿是合法和标准的！
– 选择选项（ 2 ）的 Update SHN address
Declare not on SHN and not intended recipient of MOM’s SMSes and calls
你没有在SHN可是又收到MOM电话时候怎么办！别慌张你根据我上面放的Link点击
– 选择选项（ 3 ）的 Declare not on SHN and not intended recipient of MOM’s SMSes and calls
Report that I cannot register or my phone is having technical issues with the SHN Homer App
入境后为什么登记不到Homer说没有Record。别慌张你需要等到MOM SMS你后才可以登入的！你们必须先收到这个SMS才可以开始登入Homer Register Account。这个SMS差不多在入境后第3天这样会收到！

~~ 假如第4天还是没有收到SMS根据我上面放的Link点击
– 选择选项（ 4 ）的 Report that I cannot register or my phone is having technical issues with the SHN Homer App，然后再第5题选着 C
~~ 假如已经收到SMS可是不能Register也别慌一样
– 选择选项（ 4 ）的 Report that I cannot register or my phone is having technical issues with the SHN Homer App，然后再第5题选着 B
Inform MOM that I have not received SMS on my swab appointment on Day 5 (7-day SHN) or Day 10 (14-day SHN)
入境后第3天还是没有收到Swab Test Appointment SMS，马上Report请MOM查询为什么没有收到！Swab Test SMS Sample会通知你什么时候/时间/地点要去Swab Test！
假如第3天还是没有收到SMS根据我上面放的Link点击。
– 选择选项（ 5 ）的 Inform MOM that I have not received SMS on my swab appointment on Day 5 (7-day SHN) or Day 10 (14-day SHN)
Inform MOM that I have not received my swab result after 2 days
假如你已经去Swab Test可是到了第7天中午还是没有收到SMS Report! 不要拖马上Report MOM不然你隔天没办法结束隔离！SMS Result Sample如下 :
可是Report之前去下载FWMOMCARE App看看里面有没有Report! 点击左上角选项选着 Medical Records > Covid-19 Infection Status! 假如没有马上Report!
